Listening to directions                                                                        BACK
Part 1.  This is a fill-in-the-blank exercise.  You’ll be using the following verbs:

bajar
continua

encontrar
girar

ir
parar

pasar
perderse
ver

You’ll need to know formal commands, future, reflexive, and direct object pronouns.  Several words are not verbs.  See if you can figure them out. Open this page twice, in two separate windows:
Formal commands: Giving directions  http://mld.ursinus.edu/~jarana/Ejercicios/self-check/directions/direct5.html

Look at the text version of the directions. You’ll be filling in the blanks. Play the segments of the directions in one window and fill in the blanks in the other. You’ll have to put in accents and capitalize correctly. If the audio is a little choppy the first time, just play it at least one more time.

Part 2. From the page you’ve been on (above), click on "Introduction" at the bottom. Then scroll almost all the way down and click on "Blank Map". That should get you to this page.

Follow the directions, first printing out the map on that page or the map below. When you’re done, check your answer by clicking on the "Check the answer" link at the bottom of the map in the website.
